The Resort Policy

• The renter is obligated to pay a security deposit of 500 Dhs before entering the resort, and it will be returned after leaving on the next day.
• Using the resort with following the controls of legitimacy and public morals, and bears responsibility for any violation
• If the renter cancels or postpones the reservation less than a week ago, the guarantee will be fully deducted if the reservation was not made by another party.
• Commitment to the entry time 4 pm and exit 12 noon (the guarantee is deducted if the exit time is not adhered to)
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the resort and placing waste in the designated places
• The renter bears the costs in the circumstance of damage to the resort property
• The owner is not responsible for lost items
• Use coal and fire in the designated area only
• The owner disclaims all responsibility for drowning, God forbid. Please be careful of the children Smoking is prohibited inside the resort
• It is strictly forbidden to move furniture and mattresses from their places
• Do not put shampoo or soap inside the pool because it damages the pool filter
• We provide hand soap, sheets, mattresses, and pillows
• We do not provide blankets, shampoo, body soap, or towels
• The speaker and the cinema are required by the guard from 8 pm to 11 pm - please keep them from children cause its costly- note: from 11 pm until the morning there is a guarantee of 100 Dhs
